Pharmacological group: Antiviral drug for local use in ophthalmology

Pharmacodynamics:

Actipol® is an interferon inducer, which explains one of the mechanisms of specific antiviral action of the drug. Actipol® has antioxidant, immunomodulatory, radioprotective effect, accelerates corneal regeneration. The drug has no teratogenic, mutagenic, embryotoxic effect.

Indications

Viral conjunctivitis;
keratoconjunctivitis and keratouveitis;
keratopathy of infectious, post-traumatic and postoperative origin;
for conjunctivitis and changes in the cornea associated with wearing contact lenses;
for burns and injuries of the cornea;
for dystrophic diseases of the cornea;
in order to reduce the time required for adaptation to contact lenses, improve their tolerability, and eliminate discomfort associated with prolonged wearing of contact lenses and working with a computer.

In rare cases, hyperemia and local allergic reactions

Interaction

Do not use simultaneously with sulfonamide drugs and their derivatives (sulfacyl sodium).
