Express Pacifier is a sedative for quick and effective solution of behavioral problems in dogs in stressful situations.

Express Pacifier confidently solves behavioral problems in animals due to its composition. The product contains the active ingredient trazodone succinate, an original patented development.

Special instructions

When using Express Soothing tablets, you should follow the general rules of personal hygiene and safety precautions provided for when working with medicines. When finished, wash your hands with warm water and soap.

People with hypersensitivity to the components of the drug should avoid direct contact with Express Soothing tablets.

When using Express Uspokoin® tablets for the first time, phenomena of sedation (lethargy, drowsiness, loss of coordination of movements) may occur, which do not require treatment and resolve spontaneously within the first three days of use.

No adverse reactions were recorded upon discontinuation of the drug. If one or more doses of the drug are missed, its use is resumed at the same dose and according to the same regimen.

Express Uspokoin® tablets are not intended for use in productive animals.

Side Effects

When studying the allergenic effect on laboratory animals, no allergic reactions were detected. If allergic reactions occur and/or if the drug accidentally enters the human body, you should immediately contact a medical facility (have instructions for use of the drug or packaging with you).

When using Express Uspokoin® tablets, a sedative effect may occur, which goes away on its own and does not require drug correction. No adverse reactions were registered during clinical trials of Express Uspokoin tablets. If individual hypersensitivity reactions or individual intolerance to the components of the drug occur, the animal is prescribed appropriate treatment.

Contraindications

Contraindications for use are: increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug, including a history of cardiovascular diseases and epilepsy.

Clinical studies have not been conducted in animals with impaired liver and kidney function.

The drug should not be used by females during pregnancy and nursing, as well as newborn puppies and kittens.

Interaction

The drug Express Uspokoin® tablets enhances the effect of drugs that depress the central nervous system and increases the risk of bleeding when using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Antifungal drugs of the azole group (ketoconazole, fluconazole, itraconazole) and macrolide antibiotics (including tylosin, tilmicosin, azithromycin) increase the concentration of trazodone due to inhibition of the CYP3A4 enzyme; therefore, it is necessary to reduce its dose by 2 times. Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) increase the risk of developing serotonin syndrome (vomiting, diarrhea, depression, coma).
