Interaction

Compatible with colloidal hemodynamic blood substitutes (mutual enhancement of effect).

Special Instructions

Use with caution large amounts of sodium chloride in patients with impaired renal excretory function, in hypokalemia. Do not freeze!

Hypernatremia, hyperchloremia, hypokalemia; extracellular hyperhydration;

Side effects

Adverse reactions are unlikely if the drug is used correctly.

When using the drug as a base solution (solvent) for other drugs, the possibility of side effects is determined by the properties of these drugs. In this case, if adverse reactions occur, the injection of the solution should be suspended, the patient’s condition should be evaluated, adequate measures should be taken and the remaining solution should be saved for analysis, if necessary.

Overdose

Overdose can lead to chloride acidosis, hyperhydration, increased excretion of potassium from the body.

Pregnancy use

There are not enough data on the use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
