Naftiphene hydrochloride – 10.00 mg.
How to take, the dosage
Outwardly.
Mizol® Evalar is applied once a day to the affected skin surface and its neighboring areas (about 1 cm of healthy skin on the edges of the affected area) after thoroughly cleaning and drying them.
The therapy duration in case of dermatomycosis is 2-4 weeks (if necessary – up to 8 weeks), in case of candidiasis – 4 weeks.
In case of nails affection Mizol® Evalar is applied 2 times a day to the affected nail.
Before the first use of the preparation the affected part of the nail is removed with scissors or a nail file. The therapy duration in case of onychomycosis is up to 6 months.
To prevent relapse the treatment should be continued for at least 2 weeks after the disappearance of clinical symptoms.
If after the treatment the improvement is not observed or new symptoms appear it is necessary to consult a physician.
Use the drug only according to the method of administration and in the doses specified in the instructions.

Interaction
Interaction with other drugs has not been studied.
Special Instructions
Mizol® Evalar is not intended for use in ophthalmology. The drug should not be allowed to get into the eyes.
A course of treatment is required to achieve therapeutic effect.
Misol® Evalar is effective in treating mycosis affecting the skin with hyperkeratosis and hair growth areas.
Propylene glycol, contained in the solution, may cause skin irritation; in case of side effects the drug should be discontinued and the patient should consult a physician.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms Mizol® Evalar has no effect on potentially dangerous activities that require high concentration and quick psychomotor reactions.
Synopsis

Naphtifine is an antifungal agent eliminating fungal lesions from the skin and nails.
In addition, naphthifine has anti-inflammatory action, which contributes to the rapid disappearance of inflammatory symptoms, especially itching.
Naphtifine quickly penetrates into the skin creating stable antifungal concentrations in its various layers.
Contraindications
– Hypersensitivity to naphthyphine or propylene glycol.
– Pregnancy and breastfeeding (safety and efficacy of use have not been established).
– It is contraindicated to apply the drug on the wound surface.
With caution:
– Childhood (experience with clinical use is limited).
Side effects
In some cases there may be local reactions: dry skin, skin hyperemia and burning.
Side effects are reversible and do not require cancellation of treatment.

Overdose
When using the drug in accordance with the instructions for use, overdose is unlikely.
In case of accidental ingestion gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy is indicated.
