How to take, the dosage

The daily dose is calculated based on the total requirement for amino acids with branched side chain, which is 0.25-0.30 g per kg of body weight.

The average dose of the drug Hepamin is: 6-18 tablets per day per patient weighing 70 kg. 2-6 tablets of the drug are taken during or immediately after a meal with water or fruit juice.

Contraindications

Severe renal insufficiency (with plasma creatinine levels greater than 3 mg/100 ml); congenital disorders of metabolism of branched-chain amino acids.
