Glycine is an amino acid that is a regulator that improves metabolic processes in the brain and nervous system, normalizes and activates the processes of protective inhibition in the central nervous system, reduces psycho-emotional stress, increases mental performance. Glycine is prescribed as part of the complex therapy of strokes and brain injuries, it significantly reduces their effects.
