Fish oil is a source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Also, fish oil can contain vitamins A and D, natural or artificially added.

The content of omega-3 and vitamins in fish oil varies, so always pay attention to the content of these components in the fish oil you buy. It is also important that the fish oil in liquid form spoils very quickly (oxidizes under the influence of oxygen and temperature), so it is safer to take capsules of fish oil.

FISH OIL is produced from cod liver oil, containing omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 PUFAs) – minimum 17 %, as well as natural vitamins A and D.
