Composition

Calcium from shellfish shells, lactose, microcrystalline cellulose carrier, sucrose ester carrier and fatty acids, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

How to take, the dosage

Take 2 tablets 3 times a day with a meal and water for adults.

When taking a daily dose, the body will receive at least:
Calcium 360 mg
Vitamin D3 3 mcg
